• Functions

   

  Order Procedures:

  • Generated purchase orders are automatically transferred to vSRM system during a day at 10:00, 13:00, 16:00, and 23:00 hours, to be forwarded to suppliers. Suppliers can connect vSRM with organization code (company code provided by ITG), the user code and password. Users can approve Koçtaş orders sent to them through secure and encrypted vSRM menus or submit the messages as information. Also, during product shipment, they can enter dispatch information to the system and electronically share it with Koçtaş.
  • Koçtaş completes the process by entering the amount of accepted goods on the basis of order to the system, right after finishing product acceptance process.

   

   

  • Main Data Sharing Processes:
  • Koçtaş may share updated product lists of supplier company and the detailed information about these products with supplier. Supplier company representatives can find in these lists product barcode numbers, number of products in parcel, product descriptions and Koctas product status information. Changes can be shared electronically with Koçtaş.
