Koç Holding Pension and Relief Foundation Fund

The purpose of the foundation that was established in 1967 is to provide "additional social security and support". For this purpose, each candidate who starts working at Koctas becomes a member of Koc Pension Foundation.

  1. For those who are the members of the Foundation (including spouses and children) optional Koç Allianz health insurance,
  2. In case of incapacity to work for such reasons as death or disease, in the event of termination of Risk Assurance, Pension or membership:
    • Full payment,
    • Retirement pension payment
  3. In the form of financial support for meeting specific needs and settling in.

Members of foundation pay premium fees each month from their salaries, since the date of joining. Companies also pay participating fee in the same amount on behalf of members. Every month members and companies are both charged %6 on monthly fees based on deduction.


Who can join?

Employees over 18 and fewer than 35 years old who began working at full-time payroll have to join the foundation from the date of getting the job. These employees, whose membership is not compulsory, can be a member of a foundation in case of requesting the membership in 6 months since the date of being hired. Part-time and seasonal employees are not within the scope of the foundation.
