Koc Ticaret A.S. was established in 1983. One feature of a company is that it is the first company in Turkey which shares its profit with employees. The company is the base and development center of enterprises that constitute Koc Group. During this period, the foreign representations are acquired. Ram Commercial Corporation, which is the first Turkish company in USA, was established.
